I had my mid-term review last Friday which went well. My boss and I talked for over three hours. That's a really long time. We talked about training options from now until the new year and she's giving me as much support as she can for career development. More than I expected even.
That being said I expressed interest in another position. It's the field underwriting position I may have mentioned before. Apparently they haven't filled the positions just yet and so the director of the apprenticeship program has agreed to meet with me. I have a lot of prep to do before then. I want to know every little detail about the program so we aren't talking about the position, but rather me in the position.
Hopefully all goes well. If this pans out perfectly (does it ever?) I'll be in Ohio by January. Columbus to be exact. I have to get my resume up to snuff in the meantime, which is probably the most miserable experience ever.

Oh, goodie! If we get you home, then the only ones left to convince are Jeff & Danielle. Move home! :) The kiddos would love it!
Goodluck with the interview. We'd love to see you back in OH. Don't forget Jeff and Danielle, a $432,000 house here would include 4-5 bedrooms, 3 baths, mastersuite, jacuzzi tub, . . .probably around 3500-4000 sq foot. Does that sound appealing???? :)
