Lyle (my housemate) may be buying a house. This means when the lease is up I have to #1 find another housemate, #2 move out (share a place or go solo), or #3 pay a LOT more for rent.
#3 is not an option. I'm leaning towards #2 but I'm willing to consider #1. The biggest thing that sucks is that Lyle is going to take his furniture with him, which basically means the living room and kitchen will dissapear.
No matter what happens, looking for a place to live isn't fun.

Jon -- it looks like you need to join the garage sale club and start looking for furniture that way. You can ask our garage sale queen (Janine) for tips about that. She's looking for things all over town for Andrea and me! :)
