I signed a lease this past weekend for a condo. It's just barely outside of Ann Arbor. It was featured in July 2005 on HGTVs My First Place. They did over the living room including the furniture. Here are some pictures:

That living room is amazing Jon! I love the bedroom furniture too...can you ask her to keep it there for you? :)
And, you'll have a little bit of a yard...I think that would be awesome after being in a second-floor apartment.
