I went biking in weymouth this past week. i felt like I had been making some good progress out here with keeping increasing my speed and endurence. I went biking on the road cornerstone church is on and it rocked my world. It's just one huge hill. I was three miles into my ride and I felt like turning around and just going back to Mom and Dads.
Once I got past that it was mainly just rolling hills with one noteable exception. But whatever. The whole point of telling you all this is the ride back. I went back down that cornerstone road and I swear I was averaging 35 most of the way with a peak of 38. It was freaking awesome. That's right Danielle. Freaking. Awesome.
This guy i work with said he biked in the rockies and you have to use your brakes just to keep it at 60 going down.

Sounds like you had a blast Jon ~ you should of had Bill go with you. Maybe it make the uphill part a little more bearable if you had someone to complain to while you were doing it!
Great job with all your biking by the way...
Wait a minute, why is my name in this post???? I think it is great.
